CONSTRUCTION LEVEL PRODUCT SPECIFICATION
Superior level construction spirit levels are manufactured from extrusion or solid beam with dimensional tolerances complying to BS EN 755-9
Vial positions are machined to +/- .1mm dimensional tolerance
Vials are manufactured to BS 3509 with a sensitivity = to .5833 degrees per 2mm.
Vials are RoHS compliant to 2011/5/EC (EU Restriction of Hazardous Substances)
Vials are REACH compliant 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restriction of chemicals.
Spirit level assemblies are calibrated to .4mm per Mt tolerance in two planes during manufacture and are warranted correct on dispatch. Superior level construction spirit levels can be recalibrated with new vials fitted as required.
Superior level construction spirit levels are suitable for general construction use.
Individual Levels can be manufactured to customers dimensions and tolerances if required.
